CHRISTMAS CRAFTS

Reindeer Food

Pour oatmeal and glitter in bag. Attach the following card:

On Christmas Eve sprinkle this magical dust on your front lawn. The glitter will sparkle in the moon light to help 'santa and his reindeer find your house. The smell of the oats will guide the reindeer to your house.

*Variation: Here is a similar version using bird seeds which is better for the birds: bird seed
bags for seeds

It is the night before Christmas
And since every year
You feed Santa Claus
Now feed his reindeer!

Put out on Christmas Eve by sprinkling reindeer food on lawn. Put 1/4 c per bag. Put the poem on bag. Can decorate with a cute bow. Here is an alternate verse:

"Sprinkle on the lawn at night
The moon will make it sparkle bright
Santa's reindeer fly and roam
This will guide them to your home!"
