Back at it!  Bath Tea!

If you are feeling old, dog tired and need a pick-me-up, try this mixture. After the bath you might bounce out of the tub , yelling "Take me dancing!"

3 cups of lavender flowers or buds
1 cup dried rosemary
2 cups of peppermint
1 cup of dried comfrey leaves
10 gtts (that means drops) of peppermint or spearmint essential oil.

Mix the herbs and essential oil together and store in an airtight container, or tightly sealed container.

Use 1/4 -1/2 cup per bath.

Add to a muslin bag and throw into the tub.
