Be Silly. Be honest. Be kind.

Egg Head with Hair

Use blown eggs with the top cracked off, decorate eggs with faces using whatever you want: markers, construction paper, felt, pom-poms, wiggle eyes, etc... Fill with potting soil and sprinkle on grass seed.

Make holders from upside down Dixie cups or 2 to 3" pieces of toilet paper roll. Decorate for body.

Egg head animals are fun to create too.
A pig can be made by gluing a curly pipe cleaner and pink ears on a pink egg sitting on it's side. Glue a tiny button snout on too! For stability, add bits of cork, cardboard or clay to the base as legs.

For a chick, use a yellow dyed egg standing upright. Draw eyes. Add a felt beak, and feet.

Also try making an owl, turkey or penguin using different colored eggs.

A white egg, whiskers, paper ears and a tiny pom-pom can make a bunny.
