My 5-year old kindergartener, AJ, takes the bus to school.
For whatever reason, in our town, they assign a new bus
driver to the route every month. Usually after the first
day the kids know the name of the new driver. For
February, though, the driver wasn't very friendly, and by
the third week of the month, the kids still hadn't found
out her name. So one day after I picked AJ up, I said,
"So, you still don't know your driver's name yet, huh?" He
said, "Oh, yeah, I do know it now." I was surprised and
replied, "Really, what is it?" He said, "It's 'Bless'." I
repeated, "Bless?" He said, "Yeah, Bless." I said, "Oh,
that's strange, I've never heard that name before. Are you
sure?" He very innocently responded, "Yes, I'm sure. I saw
her sign that said, "Bless the bus driver."
