My Momma Told Me
Dedicated to Children everywhere
I stubbed my Toe in The Morning's Rush;
Tripped and fell and missed my bus.
My momma done told me not to worry
Do the dishes Be Quick and Hurry.
Vacuum, Clean and Dust My Room
Take out The Garbage and use the broom.
So when Momma says I can stay home, I won't
remain. . .
Cause I ain't gonna fall for that . . .AGAIN.
My Momma done told me,"She's having a baby",
Soon I'll have someone fit to play with me.
It could be a cute little Girl or a tiny Boy
Someone to Babysit and Never Annoy.
Momma done told me it's a Big Responsibility
But it shouldn't be A Big Deal. . . for a Big Boy
Like Me.
Now that Momma's New Born Baby's here. . .
I have to change his diaper; powder his rear.
It's not much fun. . . it's a bit of a strain,
So Momma. . .I ain't gonna fall for that AGAIN!
